By Saheed Afolabi
Robo Queens defence marshall, Chidinma Ogbuchi is certain that her club will get a positive result in Wednesday’s Nigeria Women’s Football League Premiership clash with Edo Queens in Benin City.
The first leg ended in a 2-1 win for Edo Queens at the legacy pitch, national stadium, Surulere and the Lagos Landladies will be aiming to consolidate on their recent fine run of results, against the Benin Arsenals.
And the Nigeria youth international is targeting at least a point at Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in the quest to retain their top spot in NWFL Premiership Group B.
“Our target for the game against Edo Queens is that it’s going to be a good game, we hope to get at least a point in the game,” Ogbuchi told Nigeriafootball.ng.
“Lately we have been performing very well, all the players have been up and doing. Gradually we are getting there.
“I see the team going for the super six, we are going to qualify by the grace of God as long as we are up and doing.
“This season we have been topnotch in our performance due to our hard work and thanks to coach Osahon for training us and making sure we are fit for our games.”
Robo Queens will be seeking for their fourth away win of the season as they trade tackles with Edo Queens at the Samuel Ogbemudia stadium by 4pm on the 29th of March.
