Nigeria forward, Cyriel Dessers has described his move to Scottish giants, Rangers as a fundamental growth to his career.
Dessers starred for Cremonese in the Italian Serie A last season as he netted six goals in 26 appearances before the club got relegated.
In search of first team and topflight action, the 28 -year-old forward teamed up with Rangers.
The Super Eagles forward said he had other options to choose from but he committed his future to The Light Blues because it’s a massive club that have got potentials.
“Of course, I had some options to stay in Italy, there were also some other options again in Belgium and the Netherlands. I don’t think it’s smart to name the clubs here,”Dessers told Complete Sports.
“Rangers is massive and I like what is happening here, the group, players already here and the manager who has a really good idea of what he wants on and off the pitch is fundamental for me.”
The Light Blues are the most successful club in the Scottish Premiership by winning the topflight league title 55 times and the most recent coming in the 2020/2021 season.
