Alex Iwobi’s stoppage time winner for Fulham in their 2-1 win over Manchester United has been voted as the club’s best goal of February.
The Super Eagles’ midfielder joined his fellow compatriot, Calvin Bassey in the demolition of the Red Devils at Old Trafford in the famous win last month.
Iwobi placed the ball into the bottom corner deep into stoppage time following a swift counterattack by the Cottagers.
The former Everton star saw off competition from his compatriot Bassey, Rodrigo Muniz, Callum Osmand, Lemar Gordon and Georgia Heasman to win the individual accolade.
In the pool announced on Fulham’s website, Iwobi polled a total of 57.2 percent of the votes to beat closest challenger, Rodrigo Muniz.
