Nigeria goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie starred as Paris FC compounded Real Madrid woes in the group stage of the UEFA Women’s Champions League (UWCL) following a shock 1-0 win in Madrid.
A second-half penalty by French international Gaetane Thiney proved the difference on Wednesday night in what was Las Blancas’ third loss in four group matches.
Despite two games still left to play in Group A, Real Madrid has failed to progress to the quarter-finals after slumping to the bottom of the table.

Paris FC has now done the double over Madrid following a 2-1 win in the first leg last week, which makes it back-to-back wins with the Nigerian goalkeeper as the hero.
The Super Falcons safe hands made a crucial penalty save in the first leg and was pivotal in the second leg win as she made three saves and also won three of her duels to keep a clean sheet.
The 25-year-old was awarded the Player of the Match award as Paris FC still harbors hopes of progression.
Up next for Nnadozie and her teammates is a trip to Sweden to face Hacken who were defeated 3-1 by Chelsea.
