Victor Boniface eyes treble successes with Bayer Leverkusen

Nigerian striker, Victor Boniface believed Bayer Leverkusen are still in quest to win three major titles this campaign after winning the German Bundesliga.
The Super Eagles’ striker was instrumental to Leverkusen beating Werder Bremem 5-0 which saw them winning the league for the first time in club’s history.
Xabi Alonso’s men are already through to the final of the DFB Pokal Cup where they will take on Kaiserslautern.
They are also targeting the Europa League crown with one leg in semi final after defeating West Ham 2-0 in the first of quarterfinal.
Boniface said the club is not relenting in the quest to write bigger stories in the current campaign.
“Of course, we have two [more] important trophies we are aiming at,” Boniface told soccernet.

“We are in the DFB-Pokal Cup final, and we are also in the [UEFA] Europa League quarter-finals.

“So it doesn’t stop here. So we have to push hard. We know we won the league, it’s a big achievement for us.
“But we also have two things [trophies] we are aiming at. So if we can have the perfect three, of course we will celebrate more.”
