By Wale Mustapha

Defending CAF Confederation Cup champions, Zamalek FC, have arrived in Uyo, the capital of Akwa Ibom State, ahead of their highly anticipated Matchday Two group stage clash against Enyimba FC.

The encounter is set to take place at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium on Sunday.

Zamalek kicked off their group campaign with a 2-0 victory over Mozambique’s Black Bulls at home.

In contrast, Enyimba faced a similar 2-0 defeat to Egypt’s Al Masry in their opening match.

The other match in the group will see Black Bulls host Al Masry on Sunday as well.

With both teams aiming to secure crucial points, the top two sides in the group will progress to the quarterfinals.

The stage is set for an exciting showdown as Enyimba looks to bounce back and challenge the defending champions in front of their home crowd.
