Chioma Okafor Excited for New Season After North Carolina Courage Kit Launch

Chioma Okafor has expressed her excitement ahead of the upcoming 2026 campaign after helping unveil the new home kit of North Carolina Courage.

The Nigeria women’s national football team forward featured prominently in a promotional shoot for the jersey launch, posing confidently in the fresh design while standing with one foot on a football as the club counted down to its home opener, now just a week away.

During a social media exchange accompanying the reveal, the striker shared her enthusiasm when asked what she is most looking forward to in the new season.

“I can’t wait to experience the vibrant stadium and feel that home-opener energy with our fans,” Okafor said, highlighting her anticipation for the atmosphere and support from the stands.
