Ramat Abdulkareem bags brace in Hapoel Beer Sheva away win

Nigeria international Ramat Abdulkareem Ohuene put up a heroic display to help her Israeli side Hapoel Beer Sheva to a 3-2 win over Tell Aviv University Sports Club.
The former Confluence Queens player scored two goals for Andrea Bercholc’s side in the match week ten fixture on Thursday.
Elias Limar gave the away side a glimpse of victory sign when she scored the first goal of the game for Hapoel Beer Sheva at the half-hour mark.
Three minutes later, Falkon Lee equalised for the host but Abdulkareem restored the visitors’ lead in the 46th minute before Hem Daniel evened the scoreline for the host in the 70th minute.
The Nigerian player scored the deciding goal of the match in the 93rd minute to help her team to a win.
Abdulkareemt played for the duration of the game alongside her compatriot, Chidinma Okeke and she has scored three league goals for Hapoel Beer Sheva this season.
Idoko Mercy (Hapoel Katamon Jerusalem), Aluko Yetunde Mariam (Hapoel Katamon Jerusalem), and Chidinma Okeke (Hapoel Beer Sheva) are the other Nigerian players that have scored in the Israeli women’s league this season.
Hapoel Beer Sheva occupy the bottom of the log with four points after ten games and will next face Maccabi Kishronot Hadera on December 29, 2022.
