Victor Osimhen upbeat about Napoli winning the Champions League

Nigeria’s striker Victor Osimhen is upbeat his SSC Napoli team can go all the way to win the Champions League.
Follow their history night in the competition as they qualified for their first-ever quarterfinals appearance with a 3-1 win against Frankfurt, the Nigerian believes “nothing is impossible” for his Italian side.
At this stage, they face the possibility of facing Chelsea, Manchester City, Real Madrid, Inter Milan, AC Milan, Bayern Munich, or Benfica for a ticket to the last four and the Super Eagles forward scored two goals and passed on the third to help Napoli thrash Frankfurt 3-0 in their Champions League Round of 16 second-leg tie.
With his brace, Osimhen becomes the first Napoli player to score in both matches of a Champions League knockout stage. The 24-year-old revealed that the Partenopei have the quality to go all the way and lift the European title.
“I think anything is possible, we have the squad to achieve this dream (winning the Champions League), ” Osimhen told Football Italia.
“(But) Of course, we take it step by step and see what happens. It was a fantastic evening that wrote the history of Napoli.
“We played great football and the victory is deserved. The team deserves compliments for how they played this match.
“Now we have to continue like this until the end. We are confident in our strength. We can still make our way in Europe. We have what it takes to reach the top. Nothing is impossible.”
