Maiden WAFU-B Women’s Cup: Falconets to start campaign against Niger Republic

Nigeria U-20 girls will face Niger Republic in its first match of the maiden WAFU-B Girls Cup following the full fixtures released by the organisers of the tournament this week.
The Group B match between Nigeria and Niger will take place on May 21, 2023, at the Baba Yara Stadium, from 15:00.
Later on the same day, Burkina Faso and Togo will square up at the same venue from 18:00.
Christopher Danujuma’s side will face Togo in its second group game on May 24 from 18:00 after the clash between Niger Republic and Burkina Faso.
Falconets will end its group campaign against Burkina Faso on May 28, at the Paa Joe Stadium from 16:00, the same time when Togo and Niger Republic will settle scores to decide the two teams to reach the semi-final from Group B.
Host, Ghana in Group A will face Benin Republic and Ivory Coast.
The first edition of the WAFU-B Women’s Championship will hold from May 20 to June 2, 2023, in Ghana.
