Ademola Lookman scores in Atalanta loss to Parma

Forward, Ademola Lookman scored Italian side Atalanta’s lone goal during their 4-1 loss to fellow Italian outfit Parma in a friendly match on Sunday.

Dennis Man scored the first goal of the match for Parma in the fifth minute at the Estadio Ennio Tardini in Parma.

Ange-Yoan Bonny doubled the lead for the host at the half-hour mark.

Three minutes later, Lookman halved the scoreline to raise the visitor’s hope.

The hope was dimmed with Man’s second goal of the match in the 51st minute of play.

Anthony Partipilo converted the fifth goal of the game which sealed Parma’s win in the 78th minute.

Lookman saw 61 minutes of action before he was replaced by Nicolo Zaniolo.

The UEFA Europa League champion will face St. Pauli in another friendly match on August 9.

After that, they will meet Spanish and UEFA Champions League winner, Real Madrid in the UEFA Super Cup on August 14.

Five days later, they will open their 2024/2025 league campaign at Leece.
