CAFCC: Carlos Garrido anticipates tough duel as USM Alger take on Rivers United

Head Coach of Algerian side, USM Alger, Carlos Garrido had predicted a difficult encounter when his side take on Rivers United in the first leg quarterfinal of CAF Confederation Cup on Sunday.
The Algerians will face off with the Nigerian repesentative inthe important duel slated for Godswill Akpabio International Stadium and the manager assures his boys are ready to weather the storm in Uyo.
He expressed his displeasure with the kickoff time approved for the match but assured that his team will make the best of it.
“We know that our mission will be difficult, especially with the time of the match at the beginning of the afternoon with unfavorable weather conditions.
“But we will take up the challenge to achieve a good operation in the first leg and take a good option for qualification in the semi-final which is really important to us”, Garrido averred.
The kickoff time for the match is 2pm Nigeria time on Sunday.
