Edna Imade makes Spanish Liga F team of the week

Nigeria eligible forward, Edna Imade made the Spanish women’s Liga F women’s team of the week.

The Granada forward scored the opener as her side edged Costa Adeje Tenerife 2-1 on Saturday.

She has scored in seven consecutive games for Granada this season stamping down her prolific form.

Overall, the former Cacereno forward has scored 11 goals in 15 league games.

Two of her teammates, Cristina Postigo and Mingueza Adriana also made the team for Matchday 15.

Deportivo La Coruna goalkeeper Ines Teixeira Pereira, Lucia Maria Rodriguez (Real Sociedad), Mapi Leon (FC Barcelona), and Lucia Corrales (Sevilla) are the other players who made the team.

The team also comprises Andreia Jacinto (Real Sociedad), Alexia Putellas (FC Barcelona), Andrea Alvarez (Eibar), and Lucia Moral (Sevilla).
