Flamingos thrash Royaltoms Queens in friendly match

Flamingos continued their preparations for the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup qualifiers in style, cruising to a dominant 11–0 victory over Royaltoms Queens at the Remo Stars Stadium.

The Nigerian side produced a ruthless attacking performance, with goals coming from multiple players across the pitch.

Queens Joseph gave Nigeria an early lead in the third minute before Kindness Ifeanyi doubled the advantage two minutes later.

Ifeanyi bagged a brace with Harmony Chidi scoring a treble.

Mary Dunstan, Tobiloba Sarafa, Destiny Itobore, Precious Oscar, and Kaosarat Olanrewaju all found the back of the net.

With confidence high and momentum building, the Flamingos now turn their attention to a crucial challenge away to Benin Republic in the first leg of the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup qualifiers on July 4.
