Rumour Mills: “He will join Juventus” — Roma legend certain of Victor Osimhen’s next home

By Monsurah Olatunji

As the summer transfer window approaches, the future of Victor Osimhen remains uncertain, but former Italy international Roberto Pruzzo is confident about where the Nigerian striker will end up.

Osimhen, 26, reached the height of Italian football last season when he helped Napoli secure their first Scudetto title in 33 years.

However, after a falling out with the club, the Golden Boot winner was loaned out to Serie A giants Galatasaray, having failed to secure a permanent move last summer.

With his loan at Galatasaray set to end, Osimhen has confirmed that he will not be returning to Napoli, with just one year left on his contract. Multiple reports in Italy suggest that Juventus is one of the key clubs targeting Osimhen for the upcoming summer transfer window.

Roma legend Roberto Pruzzo, speaking on Radio Radio, has now added weight to these rumors.

According to the former Palermo coach, he has insider information regarding Osimhen’s next move, revealing that the striker will be joining Juventus.

“I know that Juventus’ next striker will be Osimhen,” Pruzzo said during the broadcast.

“A reliable source close to the Nigerian’s entourage revealed it to me in Florence. They are certain he will be going to Turin next year.”
