Turkish Football manager rates Osimhen higher than Icardi

Turkish football manager Reha Kapsal has praised Victor Osimhen as a superior striker compared to Mauro Icardi.

Osimhen, who recently made his debut for Galatasaray in a commanding 5-0 victory over Rizespor, contributed with an assist, further showcasing his impact.

Kapsal noted a key difference between the two strikers, noting that while Icardi often relies on his teammates to create scoring opportunities, Osimhen has the ability to make an impact independently.

““The main difference between Osimhen and Icardi is that Icardi needs his teammates to score goals. Osimhen doesn’t need anyone,” Kapsal said.

“The Nigerian star finds his position and scores, even when the ball isn’t delivered to him.”

He emphasized Osimhen’s exceptional positional sense and his knack for finding the best spots to score, even when the ball isn’t delivered directly to him.

Kapsal’s comments underline Osimhen’s ability to create goal-scoring opportunities on his own, setting him apart in the striker comparison.
