OFFICIAL: Onome Ebi leaves Naija Ratels for Israeli side Bnot Netanya

Nigeria defender, Onome Ebi has completed her switch to the Israeli women’s side, Bnot Netanya FC

The 40-year-old joined the Israeli side from the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Premiership after the festive season break embarked on by the country’s women’s league.

The veteran of six FIFA Women’s World Cups had over 100 caps for the Nigeria senior women’s national team.

Her abundance of quality and experience earned her over 120 professional games.

She played for Omidiran Babes and Bayelsa Queens in the NWFL Premiership before moving abroad.

Her sojourn overseas saw her playing for Djurgarden, Duvenciler Lisesispor, Atasehir Belefiyespor, and Sunnana SK.

The 40-year-old defender also played for Minsk FK, Henan Jiaye, and Levante La Planas.

She returned to the NWFL Premiership after her sixth appearance at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
