Enyimba International forward Joseph Atule has attributed his recent lack of goals to the club’s playing pattern.
Since joining the People’s Elephant from Lobi Stars in the summer, Atule has displayed impressive performances for the team.
However, he believes that the style of play adopted by the Aba-based club has hindered his scoring opportunities.
Despite his personal setbacks due to injury early in his Enyimba career, Atule remains optimistic about the team’s chances of defending the NPFL title, expressing confidence in their ability to lift the trophy once again.
Enyimba International currently sits in second place in the NPFL standings with 39 points from 23 matches, trailing league leaders Lobi Stars by three points.
