“Anybody can be beaten at home” – Sadauki on Katsina United duel with Abia Warriors

By Wale Mustapha

Katsina United’s Technical Adviser, Bashir Sadauki, is confident that his side can secure a positive result against Abia Warriors in their upcoming Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) on Wednesday.

The Chanji Boys will travel to Umuahia to face the ‘Umu Chineke’ side, with Sadauki acknowledging that his team has had an inconsistent season so far.

However, he believes that with the right mindset, Katsina United has a good chance of picking up points in their away match.

“If you look at the way the league is going, any team can be beaten at home,” Sadauki said in an interview with BSN Sports. “So anywhere we play, I always tell the boys to go for the points.”

He further stressed the importance of resilience in the league, adding, “If we can lose at home, then we can also go to away games and complement what we lose at home.”

Sadauki’s confidence in his team’s ability to perform on the road will be put to the test as they face a determined Abia Warriors side eager to extend their good form at home.
