Inter Lagos Star Adebayo Oyedele Emerges NNL Top Scorer After Brilliant Season

Adebayo Oyedele has been crowned the top scorer of the Nigerian National League (NNL) season after delivering a series of outstanding performances for Inter Lagos FC.

The prolific forward capped off his impressive campaign by scoring again during the recently concluded NNL Super 4 Playoff held in Ikenne, further underlining his importance to the team.

Throughout the season, Oyedele proved to be one of the league’s most dangerous attackers, consistently finding the back of the net while also creating opportunities and leading the attacking line for the Lagos-based club.

His efforts were rewarded with a cash prize of ₦800,000 after Inter Lagos recorded a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Sporting Lagos FC in their final Super 4 playoff fixture.

Following a breakthrough campaign that has attracted widespread attention, Oyedele is now regarded as one of the emerging talents to watch ahead of the 2026/2027 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.

The young striker appears set to make a strong impact on the big stage of Nigerian top-flight football.
