Ex-AC Milan star Nnamdi Oduamadi on Onyewu-Ibra brawl: I didn’t know what to do!

Former AC Milan striker Nnamdi Oduamadi has recalled the infamous training ground brawl between Oguchi Onyewu and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Oduamadi left AC Milan permanently for Albania club KF Tirana in September 2018 after a decade with the Rossoneri.
The former Super Eagles began his career with Flying Sports academy and went on to play for Torino, Latina, Varese, Crotone, Brescia, HJK Helsinki, and Tirana, before joining Colleferro.
Known for his stoppage-time goal for Nigeria against Kenya in a World Cup qualification in Calabar on March 23, 2013, the 32-year-old who now plays for Eccellenza, admits he didn’t know how to act during the clash.
“I was on the pitch with them,” Oduamadi told SerieD24.
“When I saw the scene and asked myself: ‘What do I do now? I’m still small, they are Ibra and Onyewu!’ Gattuso and the others intervened to appease the situation.
“He (Onyewu) never speaks, Ibra, on the other hand, always remains the ‘Boss’ of the situation. In the end, however, everything was resolved.”
