Anam Imo bags brace in Pitea’s win against Brommapojkarna

Nigeria forward, Anam Imo scored two goals as Pitea earned a 4-1 win over IF Brommapojkarna in the Swedish Damallsvenskan encounter on Sunday.
The former Rosengard player opened the scoring for the visitors in the 34th minute at the Grimsta IP, Stockholm.
Tuva Skoog doubled the lead for Pitea four minutes to half time and bagged her second goal a minute after restart to make it 3-0.
Brommapojkarna, however pulled one back in the 61st minute thanks to Frida Thornqvist.
The visitors, recovered the three-goal lead from the penalty spot thanks to Imo’s superb finish three minutes later.
The Nigeria international saw 73 minutes of action before she was replaced by Selina Henriksson and has now scored three goals in four games this season.
Her compatriot, Faith Michael was replaced by Ronja Aronsson in the 62nd minute.
Pitea gain eight points occupy the fifth position after four games as they will welcome Uppsala on April 30, at the LF Arena.
