Robo Queens head coach, Emmanuel Osahon has reacted to his club’s loss to Rivers Angels in the NWFL Premiership Super Six in Asaba.
The Lagos Landladies were defeated 2-0 by the Pride of Port-Harcourt at the Stephen Keshi stadium and the Robo Queens tactician rued his side’s missed opportunities amid the struggle to cope with the heavy downpour.
“It’s a challenging one but there are other matches to make up for,” Osahon told media.
“It’s not a bad match it’s like that, the weather on this side is not favourable for you that’s coming from the other side of Nigeria, it has been a rain ball all the way and you know in Lagos we are not used to rain ball so it’s like that, it’s one of those things we see in Nigeria football.
“When we play our next match, we will know how to go about it. We lost so many chances, they made use of their chances.”
The Lagos Landladies will battle Bayelsa Queens in their next game which they needed a win to keep their hopes alive.
