Alex Iwobi Registers Assist as Fulham Hold Al Ahli in Pre-Season Friendly

Alex Iwobi provided an assist as Fulham played out a 1-1 draw against Al Ahli in a pre-season friendly on Wednesday.

The Nigerian midfielder delivered an impressive performance, playing 80 minutes and playing a key role in Fulham’s attacking moves. His creativity paid off as he set up the goal that secured a share of the spoils for the Premier League side.

Fellow Nigerian international Calvin Bassey also featured in the encounter, putting in an 80-minute shift as Fulham continued their preparations ahead of the upcoming season.

Both Super Eagles stars looked sharp and will be aiming to build on their performances as Fulham gears up for the new Premier League campaign.
