One of her strikes has now picked up the Goal of the Month in the Women’s League in Saudi Arabia.
The Nigerian signed for Saudi Arabian side Al-Ittihad Ladies following her contract expiration with Leicester City during the off-season.
The versatile 25-year-old played a big role as she helped her side keep three clean sheets in their four games, with three wins and one draw.
The defender was nominated for the Player of the Month award in the Saudi Women’s Premier League and beat competition from Al Nassr stars Lina Busaha and Clara Luvanga.
The winner of the award was decided via an X poll where the Super Falcons defender pulled 54% of the votes, Luvanga had 41%, and Busaha had 6%.
