Francis Uzoho Aims for Promotion with Real Deportivo Fabril in Spanish Segunda Division B

Francis Uzoho, the Super Eagles’ goalkeeper, is setting his sights on securing an automatic promotion spot in the Spanish Segunda Division B Group 1, rallying his Real Deportivo Fabril teammates to maintain their momentum with just six games remaining in the season, according to reports from Completesportsnigeria.com.

Real Deportivo Fabril currently occupies the second position in the Spanish third-tier Segunda Division B Group 1 standings, amassing a total of 59 points from 33 games. They sit merely two points behind the league leaders, Rayo Majadahonda, intensifying the race for promotion.

Sharing his aspirations, Uzoho expressed his determination for success, posting a motivational message on his Instagram page, accompanied by a photo, and urging his team to persist in their efforts. His Instagram caption read, “Almost on top of the food chain boys. Let’s keep pushing. #FABRILA. In Christ Alone.”

In their recent encounter against Union Adarve, Uzoho experienced his 13th goal conceded in 20 Spanish Segunda Division B Group 1 games, contributing to Real Deportivo Fabril’s 2-1 victory on Sunday. As they brace for their upcoming fixture against Atletico Madrid B next Sunday, the 19-year-old goalkeeper aims to secure his 13th clean sheet of the season in the Spanish Segunda Division B Group 1.

Uzoho, with three international appearances for the Super Eagles, made a memorable debut in November 2017 during Nigeria’s 4-2 triumph over Argentina in an international friendly. His consistent performance for both club and country highlights his growing influence and pivotal role as a young talent in the world of football.
