Maryan Ohadiwe’s brace lifts Ljuboten to North Macedonia Cup title

Nigeria’s Maryan Ogochukwu Ohadiwe scored two goals to propel the North Macedonia side, Ljuboten to 3-0 win against Tiverija in the Women’s Cup final on Wednesday.

The former Edo Queens player put up a player of the match display with a brace including a sublime lob over the keeper.

The first goal came in the 45th minute as she put her side in an advantageous position going into the half time break.

Four minutes into the second half, Ohadiwe doubled the lead for her side to make the scoreline comfortable for her team.

Velichkovska sealed the win with the third goal of the match as Ljuboten clinched the North Macedonia Women’s Cup.

“2 Goals ⚽️⚽️. I want Everything. Macedonia 🇲🇰 Cup champion. One more. Thanks to everyone for the support and love,” She posted on her social media handles.

Nigeria striker, Ohadiwe joined Ljuboten from Latvian side, RFS. In Nigeria, she played for Edo Queens, Osun Babes, and Abia Angels before moving abroad.

This is not the first time that she will be winning a title. At RFS, she won the Turkish Women’s Cup.
