Nigeria international Sadiq Umar has been named La Liga’s Goal of the Month winner for March 2025, following his stunning backheel goal against Osasuna in a thrilling 3-3 draw.

Umar’s exceptional goal, scored in the 87th minute, leveled the game at 2-2 and showcased his skill and composure under pressure.

The goal earned him the prestigious award, edging out competition from Rayo Vallecano’s Andrei Ratiu and CD Leganes’ Diego Garcia.
