Tijani Babangida optimistic about Super Eagles getting the job done in Bissau

Former Nigeria international, Tijani Babangida is optimistic about that the Super Eagles willingness to heal up the painful 1-0 defeat suffered in the hands of Guinea Bissau by winning the reverse fixture on Monday.
Following a shocking lone goal loss to Guinea Bissau, the Super Eagles were humbled by the 118th ranked team in Abuja despite dominating possession in the game and squandering chances at ease.
Babangida said he wasn’t happy with the Eagles, stressing that he’s impressed with the performance of the players and hopes the Nigeria side revamp their woeful loss and win the second leg game.
“Yes I was not happy that the Super Eagles lost 1-0 to Guinea-Bissau despite the team playing good football,” he told Complete Sports.
“I am really impressed with the performance of the players and I hope they will get the job done in the reverse fixture in order to remain atop of the group.”
The Super Eagles will face the Djurtus in the reversed fixture on Monday, a point separate both sides in the AFCON qualifying group A.
