“We showed character and resilience”- Dogo reacts to Nasarawa United’s win at Ikorodu City

Kabir Dogo, Technical Adviser of Nasarawa United has attributed his team’s 2-1 away win against Ikorodu City to incredible character and resilience. 

A goal in each half from Anas Yusuf and Kabiru Balogun for the Solid Miners rendered a perfect finish from Ikorodu City’s Chilaka Thankgod as consolation. 

A delighted Dogo assured that his team will build on the impressive performance in subsequent games.

“I am incredibly proud of our performance against Ikorodu City, we showed character and resilience to secure this first win of the season,” Dogo stated in a post-match interview.

“The energy was electric as every member of the team contributed to this win, and we can’t wait to build on this momentum.”

Nasarawa United will take on Bayelsa United in their next NPFL game.
