Memphis Depay gifts Nigerian music act Davido expensive watch

Atletico Madrid forward of Ghanaian descent, Memphis Depay, hosted Nigerian music star Davido at his exclusive 30th birthday dinner.

During the event, Davido took the stage to perform his chart-topping 2023 hit “Unavailable” from his album Timeless and was joined on stage by the celebrant.

However, in a trending video from the event Depay surprised Davido with a lavish gift—a Rolex watch believed to be worth millions of naira.

The Dutch footballer who serves as a Puma ambassador alongside Davido, has consistently shown his admiration for the Nigerian megastar.

Two years ago, the player also gifted Davido a Barcelona jersey during his tenure with the Catalan club.

The striker who also doubles as musician himself has openly expressed his eagerness to collaborate with Davido, referring to him as his “brother” in multiple instances.
