Bendel Insurance Part Ways with Captain Efe Enabulele Ahead of New NPFL Season

Bendel Insurance have informed club captain Efe Enabulele that he is no longer in their plans for the 2026/27 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.

The experienced defender has been advised to find a new club ahead of the upcoming campaign, signaling the end of his stint with the Benin-based outfit.

Enabulele served as captain during his time at Bendel Insurance and was a key figure in the team’s setup. He is now expected to explore new opportunities as clubs continue preparations for the new NPFL season.

The club has yet to release an official statement confirming the decision and has not announced who will succeed Enabulele as captain.
