NWFL Championship: Philomina Ologunleko expressed confidence over Unification Ladies promotion

Philomina Ologunleko, the influential left back for Unification Ladies, is filled with optimism about her team’s chances of earning promotion to the NWFL Premiership from the Championship.
Her recent standout performance, which included two crucial assists in their 2-1 victory over Delta Queens, was beyond her own expectations.
Philomina shared her thoughts on her impressive display and the lessons she’s learned.
“My performance today was very good and beyond my expectations. We thank God,” she told nigeriafootball.ng.
She emphasized the importance of fearlessness and determination in football.
“What I’ve learnt so far is not to have any fear and I should not give up in all games. I should put all my efforts and help my team win.”
Looking ahead, Philomina remains confident about her team’s future: “I see my team winning all matches and getting the promotion to the NWFL Premiership.”
