Kano Pillars get new interim management board

A new interim management board has been appointed for Kano Pillars Football Club, nigeriafootball.ng can report.
Executive Governor of Kano State, Abba Kabir Yusuf gave the approval of a new board on Tuesday in a swift move to revitalise the club following its relegation to the second tier of the domestic league in 2022.
The new board will be headed by Alhaji Babangida Little while Sani Ibrahim will serve as the secretary.
The board has 10 other members who are Garba Umar, Naziru Aminu Abubakar, Bashir Chilla, Ali Nayara Mai Samba, Shuaibu Ibrahim Doguwa, Rabiu Pele Baita, Muhammed Danjuma, Sabo Chokalinka, Abba Haruna (Dala FM), Engr. Usman Kofar Na’isa and Yakubu Pele.
The Pyramid Boys suffered relegated from the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL in the 2021/22 season.
They have, however, qualified for the Nigeria National League, NNL Super Eight playoffs where the top four teams from the competition will secure promotion to the NPFL.
