Victor Osimhen put smiles on Oregun school kids’ faces

Victor Osimhen returned to Lagos to put smiles on his people after inspiring Nigeria to a 3-2 victory in their African Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying tie against Sierra Leone in Liberia on Sunday.
Osimhen scored two goals ensured the Super Eagles see off the Leone Stars to pick up a ticket to the 2023 AFCON in Ivory Coast next year.
The 24-year-old was seen playing football with his friends as fans gathered to watch him in Olusosun,, a small community around Oregun, where he started his football journey.
The first African Serie A Golden Boot winner was seen in a viral video on social media celebrating with students in the Oregun district and was embraced by some of the staff on the ground.
He took to his official Instagram account to detail his activity in Oregun before going to the pitch.
In a message on his official social media handles, Osimhen said, “Oregun!!! Thank You For The Warm Welcome.
“I sincerely Appreciate All The Love And Support!”
