NWFL Championship: Papa Soccer Angels manager confident of strong finish

President of Papa Soccer Angels, Pastor Odunlami Akinsola is optimistic of having a strong finish in the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Championship holding ij Calabar.
The Epe based side bounced back from their first game loss to thrash Chosen Generation 5-1 in their second game to keep their promotional hopes alive.
Akinsola said his side are finally in shape and are ready to compete at the highest level.
He commmeded the entire team for being resolute and proficient in commanding a huge win in the southwest derby.
Papa Soccer Angels boss didn’t rule out to possibility of promotion to the NWFL Premiership which he’s certain his team is capable of pulling through.
“We are happy, we finally got our rhythm in the second game and this is a great job done by the team,” Akinsola told Nigeriafootball.ng exclusively.
“We won’t relent. Our goal won’t change and we are determined to finish strong in our pursuit of chasing promotion to the NWFL Premiership.”
Papa Soccer Angels will up against Delta Babes in their next encounter on Wednesday, September 4 at St. Patrick College, Calabar.
