Cameroon forward, Vincent Aboubakar has recovered in time for the crucial Round of 16 in the 2023 Africa Cup Of Nations (AFCON) tie against Nigeria.
The 32-year-old was absent from the Indomitable Lions’ group stage due to the injury as he picked up some days to the continental showpiece.
Aboubakar made his return from injury as he participated in Cameroon training session fully on Wednesday.
The AFCON 2021 goal-king is in contention to play against the Super Eagles on Saturday.
Also, Clinton Njie has also been certified fit to face Nigeria in the crucial Round of 16 duel.
Aboubakar outshined other forwards at the last AFCON by scoring eight goals in seven matches.
Cameroon had to leave it late in their last group game to sail through to the knockout stage of the AFCON.
