“I have a good relationship with him” – Mourinho on Osimhen’s move to Galatasaray

Jose Mourinho, head coach of Fenerbahçe, has praised the arrival of Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen to the Turkish Super Lig, acknowledging the significant impact he could make.

Osimhen, who recently completed a season-long loan move to Galatasaray from Napoli, has been highly sought after, and Mourinho expressed admiration for the forward’s talents.

In an interview with BBO Sports, Mourinho commented on Osimhen’s quality, stating, “Osimhen is a great player. If I were at a club that could give €70-75 million, I would take him.”

He also mentioned having a strong personal rapport with the Nigerian striker but noted, “I just don’t like the way he throws himself down a lot.”
