Nigeria international Kelechi Iheanacho has been officially registered by Sevilla for the 2024/25 La Liga season.

The 27-year-old forward, who joined the Spanish side as a free agent this summer, made his debut for the club two weeks ago in a 4-1 defeat to Liverpool.

Iheanacho was initially unable to participate in Sevilla’s league opener against Las Palmas due to the league’s strict financial regulations related to player registration.

Spanish journalist Gonzalo Tortosa confirmed that Iheanacho is now eligible for selection and will be available for manager García Pimienta’s squad.
