John Obi Mikel vows to bring Victor Osimhen to Chelsea

John Obi Mikel has vowed to bring his countryman who is currently one of the best strikers in the world, Victor Osimhen, to Chelsea by the next summer transfer window.
Many have speculated that Chelsea is now searching for a striker to fill in what appears to be the void in their lineup and Osimhen came up in the discussion.
The 24-year-old led the Partenopei to their first Scudetto in 33 years last season, winning the Cappocanoniere (Golden Boot) with 26 league goals and becoming the highest-scoring African in Serie A history along the way.
Despite sparking a bidding war among Europe’s elite clubs during the summer transfer, with a move away from Napoli still in sight, Osimhen could be heading to England.
With Premier League clubs monitoring as talks on a new deal with the Partenopei have stalled since the summer, Mikel is not ruling out becoming the ‘agent’ to bring his countryman to Stamford Bridge.
“Next season, I know you’re gonna come to Chelsea. I’m telling you, I’m gonna be the agent to broker that deal,” the Chelsea legend said.
“I’m gonna make sure that happens. We are crying out for someone like you — since Didier Drogba left the club.”
