Nigeria Premier Football League club Kun Khalifat have appointed Emmanuel Ifeanyi Nwabuwah as their co-ordinator for the 2026-27 season.

The club announced the move in a statement on their X handle on Tuesday, confirming Nwabuwah’s role ahead of the new campaign.

“Kun Khalifat FC is pleased to announce Mr. Emmanuel Ifeanyi Nwabuwah as the Co-ordinator of the club for the 2026/2027 football season,” the statement said.

“We welcome him and wish him a successful and impactful tenure in the colours of Kun Khalifat FC.”

The appointment follows a positive result for Kun Khalifat, who secured their third consecutive home victory with a 1-0 win against Inter Lagos on Sunday.

That result moved the club to 15th in the league standings, with 12 points from 10 matches.
