Former Nigerian striker, Mike Eneramo has expressed believe in Trabzonspor striker, Paul Onuachu to win the Turkish Super Lig top scorer award.
Onuachu joined the Burgundy Blues in the summer on a season long loan deal from Southampton after failing to impress since joining the club from Belgian side, Genk.
Since his transfer to the former Turkish champions, Onuachu has been superb, registering six goals and one assist in eight appearances.
Eneramo who was a cult hero in the Super Lig while playing for top clubs like Sivasspor, Besiktas, and Istanbul Basaksehir, has been impressed with Onuachu’s performances and tipped the lanky striker to win the Golden boot.
“Trabzonspor’s forward Paul Onuachu is a great striker and very good. Onuachu is also a fast striker and can score goals from every angle,” Eneramo said per Kuzey Ekspres.
“He has great potential, I believe he can be top scorer if he continues with his current form.”
Onuachu will be desperate to make a big impression this season to move to a bigger club after he lad lost his place in the national team.
