Edna Imade salvaged a point for Granada during a 1-1 draw with Badalona in the Spanish women’s league encounter at the Ciudad Deportiva del Granada on Saturday.

Former AS FAR FC captain, Ghizlane Chebbak converted the opener for the visitors in the 64th minute.

She was set up by Maria Llompart Pons before finding the back of the net with a one-on-one chance.

Imade had the chance to score but her header went wide before leveling the scoreline in the 71st minute.

Laura Perez’s corner kick was headed into the net by Imade who equalised for the host.

The former Cacereno player scored her sixth league goal for Granada this season.

She is eligible to play for Nigeria, Spain, and Morocco but yet to decide her international allegiance.

Her team occupies the ninth position on the log, with 10 points from 10 games.
