Salah to sink Red Devils
4 fixtures in 14 days will go a protracted solution to telling us how the remainder of the season will form up and all of it kicks off with this spherical of video games. It’s time to maintain a verify on accidents, suspensions and fatigue earlier than putting your bets.
Newcastle v Fulham – Saturday 15:00
There are some attention-grabbing away costs this weekend, beginning with Fulham at Newcastle. The Londoners are round 3/1 to win at St James’ Park and the draw is an identical value. Eddie Howe should work miracles to raise his facet mentally and bodily after the loss to AC Milan on Wednesday night time and so they face a Fulham facet who’ve simply gained back-to-back video games 5-0! They have been each at house admittedly, however confidence have to be sky excessive and I can see them having a go at a beleaguered Newcastle facet. Whichever manner this goes, I’m with over 3.5 objectives within the match at 13/8.
Chelsea v Sheffield United – Saturday 15:00
Sheffield United are 11/1 to win at Chelsea, who’re an unbelievably quick 2/9 as I write this. The 2 sides have precisely the identical type during the last 5 video games, with Chelsea scoring six extra objectives and conceding three extra. That’s the place the distinction might find yourself being, the Blues might outscore the Blades, however Chris Wilder could have his gamers organised and disciplined and taking part in for a draw. The Yorkshire membership are odds in opposition to with a two purpose head begin on the handicap and over 3/1 with a one purpose benefit at kick-off.
Liverpool v Manchester United – Sunday 16:30
Let’s wrap issues up with the sport of the weekend, on paper – Liverpool versus Manchester United. Over the past 5 matches between these two at Anfield, the combination rating is 16-1! That run consists of the 7-0 final season and 4-0 in 2022. With Bruno Fernandes banned and different key gamers injured, I feel this might be one other one-sided match.
Mo Salah is the chief tormentor for United, with 12 profession objectives in opposition to them and he’s bagged two or extra 4 instances too. I don’t typically put scorers as much as get a brace, however at 4/1 I’ll play that in one other snug Liverpool win.
