UEFA Super Cup: “Preparing with obsessive attention” – Lookman on Real Madrid tie

Nigerian attacker, Ademola Lookman is anticipating an interesting atmosphere when his Atalanta side takes on Real Madrid in the UEFA Super Cup clash on Wednesday.

The Italian side will be taking on the Los Blancos in Warsaw, Poland in the battle for the first European silverware of the season.

Lookman scored a superb hat-trick in Atalanta’s Europa final win over Bayer Leverkusen in May and the Super Eagle is now eager to test himself against Carlo Ancelotti’s men.

“Wonderful, these are the games you want to play since you were a child. Finally, the moment has come, we won the Europa League and we will now play for another trophy,” Lookman told Tribal Football.

“We can’t wait, we are preparing with obsessive attention. So yes, we will be ready!

“We don’t need great motivation, we will face a top team and it’s an appointment with history.

“They are the greatest team in the world in football, it will be an exciting chapter, an exciting opportunity for everyone. We can’t wait to hear it.”
