Christopher Danujuma’s side made it three wins out of three friendlies in Abuja in preparation for the first edition of the tournament to be hosted in Kumasi, Ghana from May 20 to June 3.
Following the massacre of the Abuja based outfit, the Nasarawa Amazons defender, opened up her side’s ambition at the regional showpiece later this month, stressing that they are in sync to achieve success.
“I feel great and awesome. As a team, playing to instructions that the coach has been teaching us and we were able to exert everything on the field. It was great,” Ohaegbulem told Nigeriafootball.ng.
“The ambition is just for us to go there and get the title. That’s just the ambition. As a team, we are going to play to instructions because we need to give in our best and I believe we will come out victorious at the end of the WAFU-B tournament.
“With a week to the tournament, the group has been trying because it is not easy to come together and play to instructions. We have not been in camp for a long time.
“Here we are trying to make things work just as the coaches have always instructed us to play well. The sequence and the rest but we were able to match up to everything within the space of this short period and we were able to give it all.”

And the former Confluence Queens star, who will captain the Falconets to the Ghana 2023 tournament, is excited about their fine form in test matches, attributing it to the great chemistry and mutual respect within the team.
“There is this love and oneness amongst us irrespective of coming from different clubs. That’s what we need in a team for blending,” she continued.
“I don’t see any burden because they have been cooperating all through and have not been giving me any stress. They have been obedient and doing all they need to do.”
