Yusuf Otubanjo outshines Goodnews Igbokwe as FC Noah bow to Pyunik Yerevan

It was a Nigerian affair as Goodnews Igbokwe and Yusuf Otubanjo were on target as Pyunik thrashed FC Noah 3-1 in the Armenian topflight league.
Igbokwe continued his goal-scoring festival as he came through with a goal in his side’s 3-1 defeat to Pyunik.
Igbokwe is hugely talked about as as one of the season revelations following his outstanding performances week-in-week-out in his first campaign in the Armenian topflight.
Pyunik Yerevan were the first to hit the ground running in the second half as they claimed a 2-0 lead at halftime thanks to strikes from Jonel Desire and Edgar Malakyan.
However, Igbokwe brought the ‘good news’ as he came through with a goal at the half-hour mark, to provide a lifeline for his relegation-struggling side.
The hosts pushed for a comeback but all hope was dashed when Yusuf Otubanjo sealed the crucial win with Pyunik’s third goal of the match.
