The second round of the 2026 Nigeria Beach Soccer League (NBSL) is scheduled to hold from May 29 to 31 at the Murtala Muhammed Square in Kaduna as part of the Sallah celebrations.
A total of seven teams will compete over three days for qualification spots in the Super Finals. The teams expected to feature are Kada BSC, Kebbi Fishers BSC, BAM Projects BSC, Ibom BSC, Jigawa Golden Stars BSC, Niger BSC, and Anambra BSW.
Former champions Kada BSC head into the Kaduna round as league leaders following a dominant performance in the opening phase of the competition held in Kebbi State.
The 2022 champions currently top the standings with 10 points, maintaining a six-point lead over closest challengers Kebbi Fishers BSC and BAM Projects BSC, who are tied behind them.
Kebbi Fishers BSC remain the most successful side in the history of the league with three titles, while Kada BSC and defending champions Anambra Beach Soccer Warriors have won the competition once each.

Currently, Samuel also serves as the spokesman for the Nigeria Women Football League, further solidifying his influence and dedication to the growth of women's football in Africa.
