Juventus renew interest in Real Madrid’s Brahim Diaz

Juventus are preparing to revive their pursuit of Real Madrid forward Brahim Diaz, after failing to sign the Morocco international last summer.

Diaz has struggled for regular playing time under Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho this season, featuring for only 178 minutes across four matches.

The 2025 summer transfer window brought several offers for the player to leave Real Madrid, but Diaz ultimately remained with the Spanish club.

Juventus made a firm attempt to secure his services during that window. The Italian club even sought to arrange a meeting with Real Madrid through Diaz’s agent, but the player rejected the proposal.

Diaz’s current contract with Real Madrid runs until June 2027. He has also had a verbal agreement in place for several months to extend that deal until 2030, although no formal renewal has yet been completed.

According to Italian newspaper Tuttosport, Juventus have not abandoned their interest and have placed Diaz among their future transfer targets.

The report says the 24-year-old remains the club’s main objective and that Juventus will make another attempt to sign him, particularly if he does not officially renew his contract with Real Madrid.
