Regardless that Newcastle United efficiently managed to salvage some extent from Saturday’s conflict towards Bournemouth, based on journalist Lee Ryder, the Magpies have been lucky to not have had a person despatched off.
Ryder claims that midfielder Joelinton was fortunate to keep away from seeing a purple card after catching opposition attacker Marcus Tavernier with a ‘stray boot’.
